International

We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches it's destination country, customs and sales tax may then be payable before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept items where the tags have been removed under any circumstances. Any items returned without packaging or tags, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returns Process:

Step 1: Log in to your Charlie + Co account and request a return through ‘Order History’.

Step 2: Complete the return request form including information about whether you want to exchange for a different size or be refunded.

Step 3: Follow the link to create your Collect+ returns label

Step 4: Print off the label and attach it to your parcel

Step 5: Drop your parcel off at one of over 7500 drop-off locations, find your nearest here: Collect+ Locations

Step 6: Keep the receipt and track your return online. Your parcel will typically be returned within 3 – 5 working days

Once your return is received and inspected at Charlie + Co, we will update the status of your return request via your Charlie + Co account and you will receive an email to alert you of this.

Exchanges:

If your return is approved, then your exchange will be processed as per the information you included in your return request and a replacement will be dispatched to you.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (may vary depending on your financial institution).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund, please check with your bank or credit card company that they do not have longer processing times than expected. If there is still no sign of your refund, please Contact Us.
